All our take-offs are a 3D pre-design of your project, our estimating team is able to guide you through the details while also finding the best products and prices available.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN

Our Project Managers work hand in hand with our in-house designers and assist our clients with the coordination of MEPs, conflicts between architectural and structural plans, foundation layout, hardware locations, wood blocking and others. The goal is to have minimum impact on the field.

WALL AND TRUSSES FABRICATION

We produce our own walls and trusses: everything is built IN-HOUSE, guaranteeing quality control and fast turnarounds. Owning our own trucks and employing our own drivers gives our clients the reassurance of timely deliveries.

INSTALLATION

Turnkey Lumber has a full-time Project Manager and Superintendent assigned to each site. We provide all the necessary equipment and logistics to complete your project efficiently and safely. They work closely with our installation crews to manage and coordinate every step of the process.
