All our take-offs are a 3D pre-design of your project, our estimating team is able to guide you through the details while also finding the best products and prices available.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN

Our Project Managers work hand in hand with our in-house designers and assist our clients with the coordination of MEPs, conflicts between architectural and structural plans, foundation layout, hardware locations, wood blocking and others. The goal is to have minimum impact on the field.

WALL AND TRUSSES FABRICATION

We produce our own walls and trusses: everything is built IN-HOUSE, guaranteeing quality control and fast turnarounds. Owning our own trucks and employing our own drivers gives our clients the reassurance of timely deliveries.

INSTALLATION

Turnkey Lumber has a full time Project Manager and Superintend assigned for each site. We supply all the necessary cranes and equipment to build your project as quickly and safe as possible. They work closely with our install crews to manage and coordinate every step of the installation.
