Our corporate culture, including every person from the site to the administration, supports a team effort focused on zero incidents. This imperative takes root in employee orientation, is revisited continuously throughout the year, and is the key focal point of daily meetings on every job site, every day. This commitment to safety benefits our clients and our partners. But most importantly, our culture of safety benefits the families that make up our company.
Of primary importance is our dedication to safety. Supervisors and Project Managers have OSHA 30-hour training, and all field staff has OSHA 10-hour training and fall protection training. On-staff Safety Managers issue true site-specific safety plans, provide training, and continually monitor field crews for compliance. Framing is one of the most challenging trades to comply with OSHA safety standards. We have made significant investments in training and equipment which helps to eliminate the most likely situations for an employee to be injured.
